About 3d-Radar

3d-Radar AS was formed in 2001 in Trondheim, as a spin-off from NTNU, University of  Trondheim, Norway.

In 2007, 3d-Radar was acquired by VMETRO. a Norwegian company headquartered in Oslo.

In October 2008, VMETRO was acquired by Curtiss-Wright Controls and 3d-Radar became a part of Curtiss-Wright Controls.
