English Heritage adopts 3D GPR subsurface imaging technology from 3d-Radar

English Heritage awarded an open tender for a Multi-frequency Multi-channel Ground Penetrating Radar (GPR) System to 3d Radar in March 2008. This system includes the GeoScope GPR system that generates high-resolution 3-dimensional images of buried objects and natural interface layers down to 2-3 meters depth. The system was delivered in Q1, 2008.
